Pilgrims talk about visiting Megiddo | Armageddon

"It was the valley of Megiddo that had the greatest impact on me.  As we stood overlooking that relatively small area, it was overwhelming to realize that with one sweep of my vision I could see all the major places where the most important historical events of the world, in both Old and New Testaments, took place, and where, according to the Book of Revelation, life on earth, as we know it, will eventually come to an end.

I'm still trying to wrap my brain around it.  The concept is so big, it really is overwhelming, that such a tiny piece of real estate could be so significant is more than amazing."

“At all the ancient sites and ruins we visited, the archeologists had dug down through the layers of civilization to find the original base of existence. These layers numbered up to 20. I feel that on this tour I have dug down through the layers of experiences, rituals, traditions and habits of my religion to uncover the basis of my faith.”
